On April 18, 2013, Sintec, Latin America’s leading business consulting firm in the field of generating profitable growth through implementation of Client and Operational Strategies, hosted a meeting attended by twenty-five Sao Paolo business executives from twenty-two leading companies, who gathered to discuss the subject of Growth and Profitability.
The gathering was held at the Restaurante Vicolo Nostro, and enjoyed the contribution of sintec.commercial Director Henrique Marcondes, who offered words on Growth and Profitability through Implementation of Client and Operational Strategies. Marcondes stressed the importance of profitable growth, while addressing diverse problems faced by businesses and their causes. He also discussed client and operational strategies in terms of developing business competencies and the need for an integrated approach to underpinning value as the mainstay of profitable growth strategies
He concluded his remarks on decision making strategies, emphasizing that profitable growth depends on making genuine assessments of the performance of executives, focused on how these business leaders actually go about achieving goals rather than on the relative merits of the goals they set.
The meeting was attended by logistics and operations directors and managers of leading Brazilian companies, including Orsaip, Aes Brasil, SEM Parar, Raia Drogasil,Officer Distribuidora,Tetra pak, Avamiller mundial, Continental Pneus, and many others.
