In the current situation, we have recently seen the importance of having a strategy and action plan for preventing disruptions and risks in the supply chain. In this session, we have the participation of Farmacias Benavides, Hospital San José and Gamesa, to share their experiences, ideas, and examples with managers of supply chain, logistics, and operations to help them in their own business strategies and initiatives.
