Hau Lee, Professor of Operations, Information and Technology at Stanford University, mentioned during an exclusive interview with Sintec about the road a company should follow to generate value. He said that the basics are to have processes of excellence and later on generate new solutions, changing the business while at the same time changing its value chain.
