Last October 18, Sintec, leading consulting firm in Latin America focused in generating profitable growth by Customer and Operations Strategies, participated at the Distribution Center Forum 2012, the main theme of the event was Design and Management of Modern Distribution Centers, and it took place at Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Through different studies and discussions, the Distribution Center Forum 2012 offers a general vision from the design up to the automation of the Distribution Centers, in this way the participants have a general vision of the steps, tendencies and patterns to design and manage the Distribution Centers.
Henrique Marcondes, Sintec Director, was in charge of the conference “Design optimization and storage facility flow of Jundiaí”, in which he talked about the challenges to grow in a profitable way, the importance of the Strategic Plan within the company, and specifically about the Jundiai project.
The event gathered more than 100 Directors and Managers of different areas like Logistics, Operations and Supply Chain of various companies, some of them were: Pão de Açúcar, SAAB – Coca Cola and Pepsico.
