Last Tuesday 4th of December, Sintec carried out its annual event Colombia Strategic Perspective. Focusing on the topic of “Best Practices for Implementing a S&OP cycle in Colombia”
We brought together top executives from different companies like: Almacenes Corona, Coca Cola – Femsa, Pavco (Mexichem), Coomeva, Cementos Argos, Brinsa, Nestlé, HL Ingenieros, Alianza Team and Gerdav – Diaco.
The first discussion was in charge of Ricardo Monsalve, Supply Chain Manager of Corona who talked about the implementation of a S&OP cycle. Afterwards Roberto Palacios, Sintec Director mentioned the best practices for that implementation.
Within the presented themes, last tendencies, solutions and real projects that have a strategic and economic impact in different areas such as Operations, Commercial and Logistics of the leading companies in Colombia were found.
